Before You Submit
- 1 Try refreshing the page. Many issues (frozen UI, blank output, slow loading) are resolved by a simple refresh or clearing your browser cache.
- 2 Check your browser and file. All tools run in your browser, so make sure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Some tools may not support very old file formats.
- 3 Make a note of the tool name and URL. When you fill the form, mention the exact tool page where you found the issue — this cuts investigation time significantly.
- 4 Describe the steps to reproduce. What did you do? What did you expect to happen? What actually happened? The more specific, the better.
- 5 Screenshots are welcome. If you can attach a screenshot or screen recording in the form, it speeds up the fix dramatically.
